The Salisbury Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization is committed to ensuring that all SES students feel represented by our organization. As such, we are putting together a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DEIC) to inclusive of and/or complementary to a number of important concepts, values, and goals, including but not limited to:

The DEIC committee membership operates on a rolling basis and we are always open to bringing in new members to help us achieve these goals. Currently, we're working on drafting a mission statement and addressing concerns that have been brought to our attention by our community.
